im trying to sort my daughters laptop out - it has suddenly began taking forever to load and when the home page comes on it shows her wallpaper and then goes black for a couple of seconds while trying to load something and then an error message appears for something called wintouch - then, when she is surfing it is really slow.....
i have used ccleaner, spycleaner and a1spy or something to try see if i can find the problem but it continues....i have tried system restore to before it began but, no luck...so - does anyone have any ideas please?
i did try to take it back to factory settings like on my pc but, there isnt that option on her laptop.....
thanks....

Just make sure you save any docs, pictures, emails, etc. you may actually want to keep before you wipe it though. :rolleyes:It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
