I'm also being ignored by The People newspaper over the Ratatouille DVD text competition win from Feb, tried numerous emails/numbers but none replied to. I know no-one else has received it either. But as we paid to text i'm particularly annoyed about that 1. Will give it til the end of June then get someone to sort them all out

I won with GotoKnow at the end of May. I got my email from rebecka_dennett-cook@ipcmedia.com. Is this email addy different from the one you have? Maybe you just didn't type "-cook" in the above address, I don't want to seem picky, but it's just a thought.

Yeah that is the same lady who my email was from in Feb too thanks. I just hit the 'reply' button though, i didn't type it out so it would have been the correct address. I just explained that my dvd player hadn't turned up since feb and the 2 PR email addresses provided had not replied to me since March and could she look into this please. But i got no reply from rebecka either for some reason. Hopefully the email I sent today will get passed on to somebody who can help though.
