E.ON Energy Online Extra Saver 4 released!

Hi all,

just to let you know E.ON (the old Powergen) have now updated the Energy Online Extra Saver tariff. Version 4 has just been released. I don't think the discounts have changed since version 3 however what has changed however is how long the discount is guaranteed until.

The discount for version 3 is guaranteed until february 2009 but version 4 extends it to april 2009.

I know it's not really a big change but extending the lifetime of the discount can only be worthwhile.

This will benefit in particular those of you on Energy Online Extra Saver 2 and people on the Energy Online. Also if you are on the standard tariff (known as Energy Saving Plan and you have registered for online billing simply switching tariff will save you money! Give e.on a call!

Energy Saver from E.ON allows you to protect your prices and see the energy you save. With our Energy Saver 4, if electricity and gas prices go up, your prices won't go beyond your capped rate. If our standard prices come down, your prices could too.

We'll also send you a free energy monitor, which shows the electricity you're using in your home. Plug in the monitor, and see the impact certain devices in your home have on your energy costs.

It won't cut your electricity bills on its own, but it can show you how much energy and money you waste and help to change your habits, raise awareness and highlight ways to become more energy efficient.
