Hotels.com and Quality Hotel Dublin City

Hi Everyone!
I am about to book an hotel in Dublin and I was thinking about doing it through the hotels.com website. Did anyone here booked with them before? Are they good?
I like the Quality Hotel Dublin City and in the hotels.com website the price is much cheaper than in the hotel's website. However, in the hotels.com there's a note that says:
"All rates are per double room per night unless specified otherwise and exclude taxes and fees. They are subject to availability. Some rates may require special identification. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges."
Does anyone know what kind of taxes and fees are these and how much they would cost?
Also, did anyone here stayed at this hotel? If so, can you please give me your opinion and some hints about how to get there from the airport and how to get to the city centre?
Many thanks!

If you get a taxi, be sure to ask him to take you through the Port Tunnel. The toll may seem steep but it will take you out near to your hotel.0

This is about a ten minute walk from the city centre down some pretty dodgy looking roads, and there's a bit of building work going on down there at the moment. If you're not accompanied by at least one person think of taking somewhere closer to the city centre.
You can take the green/yellow Airlink bus for €6 that will drop you at the bus station about ten minutes away, or take a taxi.
Have a look at these hotels - they're all closer to O'Connell St, and the Gardiner St hotels tend to be small and family run. I put my parents in one last year for €60 for the two of them including the Biggest Most Giant Breakfast There Ever Was. They were up many stairs but in a lovely Georgian building.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
