THINK of the resale. council people and areas are best avoided. we bought an ex LA flat and we have had problems with chavs shouting at each other, kids running amock etc etc. 300 houses full of low aspirational people will not serve you well. peg yourself a bit higher in life.0

i am from wythenshawe and believe me it lives up to its names even in the so called posh bits of it, im one of the lucky ones i got out, but all my family are still there,
its crime rate is higher than anywhere in the country as is it teenage pregnancies
i know not all are bad who live there but beleive you me that a lot are either by popping out sprogs for more money, or fighting/vandalising property, i would never go backIf we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?
