They can't say they didn't get it ... they admitted in an email to damaging it when they tried to open it.
Think the OP should just thank the buyer for the FB and forget about it. The seller probably forgot to take off their 'mittens on a string' beore opening!!!!! :rolleyes::dance:One good turn gets most of the duvet!! :dance:0 -
