Hi All,
I have bought a mattress from dreams in shop on 05/01/2008 but when i asked the seller what about refund policy he said to contact coustmer service; two days ago i found out that the coustmer service was poor and asked them to cancel my order by e-mail. I got a reply on phone saying that you can canel according to terms and conditions which is 24 hours and as i have not cancelled that they will be charging me 20 percent cancellation fees. I think this is unfair as the time they have given to me has not been explained though they gave me ORDER FORM on the back it stipulates this condition as i bought in store it does not say the same on the website and i thought i could cancel within 7 to 14 days and now i am in quandry whether i could LEGALLY CANCEL THE ORDER WITHOUT INCURRING COSTS FOR CANCELLATION. I think is unfair and very very unreasonable. Can anyone suggest please!
