problem opening pdfs/vouchers/adobe

Ever since I tried downloading the newer adobe [a] download did not complete and only a blank screen appears when i want to access vouchers such as 'yo sushi].:mad: :mad:
i have windows xp and internet explorer [which recently seems to cut off often by itself]

any help suggestions?

    If you downloaded the software, have a look in the adobe folder, there should be a 'read me' file that may help. Otherwise try re-installing the new version. Good luck!

    where did you DL the adobe updates from?
    make sure it was the official site. there are lots of scam sites out there offering DL updates. (with extras in the prog!)
    adobe is affected as there are millions of adobe users.
    Get some gorm.

    I am sure it was official, as the request to update was part of the box, when i was actually using my existing adobe. [sorry if i am not using the right techie terms]

    And download it from a fresh and reinstall.
