Just bought a BT Freestyle 2500 phone- the one with twin handsets etc. set it up last night and charged overnight. tried to set the ringer, the booklet says press Prog, then 5 and select ringer. Done this, but when someone rings me it gives a continuous ring ?. It I intercom other handset it rings properly, ie in pulses. Is this something to do with tone/pulse setting or am I just going mad here. Anybody solve this problem for me ?
