Flat roof over double garage - N Cheshire - any recommendations?

Hi

Trying to get a quote for my parents house in Cheshire. They have a flat roof over a double garage and a small porch. Now it's not just a question of putting a new surface on as some of the wooden beams supporting the roof are so bowed that we can't open and shut the door properly! And yes, we do have a lake on top of it! Does any one know of any good contractors either from Manchester or Cheshire who will do a good job without charging the earth. Ah, teh holly grail of contractors....any idea as to cost??
