If you have an old pair of jeans then you can stick the back pocket onto a navy blue card and put money or a voucher inside it - just poking out of the top. Or even a gift if it is small enough.
Or make origami shapes (flat ones) out of money and stick on with non-permanent glue.0 -
If you have Photoshop or Photoshop elements you can have great fun with his photo using the liquefy filter. It is great and everyone loves the effects. Then just print it out.0

When I was in Oz I picked up some plastic letters - the same shape as a computer keyboard key and used it to spell out names - hope that made sense!!0

I've made cards for teenage boys using cd's too. I put a silhouette of a skateboarder on one, footballer on another. Also did one with a cut out flash like star and a clip art pic of a guitar in the centre. That was actually for a 50th birthday, but could still work for a teenager.
I've also made pocket cards, but just using card, cut out the pocket shape and I used it to put money in.. it went down very well.0 -
