Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0

Hello, I'm sure it's been covered in detail already but I can't find the right search terms to get what I'm looking for!
What I'd like is some kind of chart or diary of the year that highlights when all the various fruits and veggies are "naturally" at their best.
Not a gardening / planting guide because my fingers are far from green. More of a cooking and eating thing
Inspired by seeing strawberries everywhere yesterday and thinking how very odd it seemed...0 -

Hmm... the vegetarian meal planners might be of help.

That eat seasonably calendar is alright but it doesn't seem to take into account that things keep. You don't stop eating apples at the end of summer, squash keeps until the spring, and so on.
Then there's foreign food that can be boated in in season, like oranges in winter.
I think looking at Riverford's this week's boxes page will give you a good idea, assuming you want to know what's in season now and not in 3 month's time or something. Just skim for the things that say UK.0 -
