Hi,

Is it possible to get a history of the asking price for a particular house which is on the market? Is it readily available on sites like right move etc.?

    Or the new Firefox add in at http://www.property-tools.co.uk will become useful for this over time, although he took it down for an update 2 days ago and it's still not finished. Come back next week for that is probably the best advice. But right now it won't have the historical data you are after.

    House price histories for most properties for sale in the UK can now be found at Home.co.uk

    Start here: http://www.home.co.uk/search/property.htm

    Then look under 'Price Info' in the search results to see the asking price histrory for any property found...

    A very handy tool for buyers IMO. :T

    Resurrecting an old thread here - mouseprice.co.uk also gives this information.

    However, all of them only deal with a limited number of estate agents; I haven't yet found one that lists ALL the price reductions out there.

    Yes.

    Use property bee or put the rightmove link in and someone here will do it for you.

    Personally if you are buying you should have property bee any way, its pretty essential now adays for giving the buyer loads of extra info for putting in bids.
