Rail guards & drivers at First Great Western have voted to strike.
More than 600 workers at First Great Western (FGW) had been voting on whether to launch a campaign of action after the RMT union said industrial relations had broken down.
The executive of the RMT union will now consider whether to call strikes over the dispute.
They will have to give seven days' notice before any strikes are held.
