Does anyone have a tip for getting Silly Putty out of fabric please?

  • try putting the scarf in the freezer, the putty should go hard then you will be able to pick it off....carefully! Pop the scarf in a freezer bag to keep it safe. If there is a grease stain left after you have picked the putty off try pressing using a hottish iron but put the scarf between some brown paper....it should absorb the grease.

    Hope this helps, kids + playdoh = mucky!

  • As this has fallen from the front page of OS, I'll add it to the existing thread on removing silly putty which might give you more tips.
