I emailed them some time ago to ask if they would like reviews of restaurants in France. No reply. That's not the good customer service they are crowing about!

At least you got something you can use. I received a UCI voucher yesterday...I ordered a UGC voucher...because there is a UGC cinema near me and not a single UCI for miles.

Curious, I got the pens I ordered as a side thing to a voucher, no voucher, checked my emails and they have removed half my points and they seem to have removed the £5 voucher option, methinks this site is no good
