Just managed to order my first love whatever it's called £10 voucher. I didnt realise I had to give them a mobile phone number for a validation code before getting a voucher at some date in time through the post. I dont use mobile's I hate the things, so had to use the other half's

The answers to todays quizes (Friday) are: 7 players in a Quiditch team (Harry Potter quiz for 20 points) - Val Kilmer (Daily showbiz quiz for 10 points) - and Tom Big nosed (in the daily quiz for the draw to win 1000 points)

just realised - when i ordered the whsmiths voucher they sent a code via my mobile, but with the whsmiths one i never had to put a mobile number in or got sent a code - this has been deducted off tho

It seems you only need to put it in when you make your first order. It's to limit the number of accounts, as you need a different mobile for each account.

Mind you a lot of people have spare mobiles or sim card lying around.

Has anyone else had theirs shut too or am I the only one now? I have emailed them back again but I guess it's a no no. I wouldn't mind too much except I did do the poker game through them (500), eBay (300) & referred loads of friends (100 each) so I should still have enough for a £10 voucher even if they took away any other points

Im going to e-mail them regarding my account cancellation, and also the vouchers that are due to me and never arrived, but i dont expect any great result. Sadly I think Pigsback is a rip off

They cancelled mine too and have ignored my email asking for it to be reopened. But I have another in my partner's name and they didn't cancel that one so am still using that. I am waiting for vouchers at the moment and have actually received some post it notes that I ordered by accident!!
