Chris did they cancel your accounts out of the blue or did it happen after you emailed them or sent off for rewards for example???0

I don't get how they differentiate between accounts opened by two separate people living in the same house, using the same PC and one person opening multiple accounts. My OH and I both have accounts with them, using the same PC. I check for him when I go through my points and vice versa. If they close down both our accounts, I'll argue with them about it, as we're two different people.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

They caught me cosi used the same password for each account - sorted that this time so will see if my accounts are still valid after I am able to send away for the vouchers (in about 5 days)
Was rather annoyed about the cancellation as now can't use my mobile numbers for new accounts AND one of the accounts had won on the jackpots
