    Hi guys has anyone had a reply when they have e-mailed pigsback, I have being trying to get my voucher for quite a few days and I don't get my text message it's now told me I have tried to validate my account too many times and to contact them I emailed them 4 days ago and still haven't had a reply. Anyone got any ideas.

    I have emailed them on several occasions as they have appeared to shut down my account with no justification or reasoning. The only time i have ever managed to get anything out of them is by poting a new topic in the forum. I have had to open a new account and start from scratch again (funny how they shut it down just as i had ordered my vouchers)

    Yep, took them a nearly a week though. I think the trick is to just keep trying, they will eventually answer you but not unless you're persistant. Bad customer service if you ask me but then, they are giving away free vouchers so I'm not complaining ;)

    I have emailed them a few times as I am still 800 points short (300 for registering with ebay & 500 for the poker tournament) & have had a reply within 24 hours, although I did email them last Thursday & had no reply yet so perhaps it might take a few days.
