I now have enough points to claim my vouchers and have put my mobile no in but have waited a few days and still havent had confirmation no. Is this normal?

Is it me or are all of the vouchers 'due in in 3 days time' ??

You have to wait 10 days from registering before you can claim your vouchers so now it will be 3 days, does that make sense?
