Spare parts for stair gate

Hope I've posted this in the right place

I have a few 'easy fix' stair gates that over the years have one by one lost the parts that screw into the side and grip to the wall.

I have tried the Lindam (manufacturer) website, but it looks like they don't sell these essential spare parts, which without them makes a 20-30quid stair gate useless!!!

Don't suppose anybody happens to know of any suppliers? Pretty please?

I came across your post while looking for the same thing so thought it only decent to reply.

Lindam does supply spares just contact them via [EMAIL="careline@lindam.com"]careline@lindam.com[/EMAIL] or phone number on website.

Also asda has the gates on special offer in their baby event, which I believe is currently or soon to be running.

There is also Bettacare who make a range of baby gates. There E-mail is [EMAIL="info@bettacare.co.uk"]info@bettacare.co.uk[/EMAIL] or there is over contact details on there website.

Hi i am having the same problem. The gate i have is an alarmed tall gate. the handle has broken and Lindam have replaced it but this is fault. The gate is not 7 months old yet. Trying to find a supplier is impossible.
One thing for sure will never deal with Lindam again

I've just ordered a spare handle on Lindam for my dog gate. Easy to do and free delivery - Great!

I contacted Lindam recently for a replacement handle for a baby gate (used for dog) after plastic on existing one broke and they were unable to help at all as it was out of warranty. Seems ridiculous to me that they dont keep parts for all their products. They are sadly mistaken if they expect me to go out and buy a whole new gate. Not buying another gate from Lindam ever again and told them so!
