Sorry for the delay in updating this.

I have been away for the summer, and when I got back there was a letter from PHNI pointing out that there was a disclaimer on the website pointing out regional variations in pricing.

They gave me a £10 voucher though, so glad I complained now ;)

    Cheers, Des.

If in Belfast, Mama Mia's on the Lisburn Road (just beside Tates Ave traffic lights) have a permanent BOGOF on their pizzas.

The bog will certainly be required having eaten here.

Pretty nitpicky for 1 pound isn't it? Tear the letter up, chill out and enjoy a good red. Even though you never mentioned it - were the pizza's nice?

You think that's bad? I got serious grief from the missus last night for re-queuing after being shortchanged by 40p at Xtravision LOL!!!

Im not at all surprised, Pizza Hut give out a ridiculous amount of vouchures everyday. I worked for them when I was about 17 and evey single nit picking complaint was sent through to head office who chucked out vouchures. Infact if you write a pleasent letter to them (head office) stating how much you enjoyed the food etc, they will also send you vouchures!

Very nice of them, but the problem with the complaint writing rewards was that we had probably a gang of 10 or more customers who regularily came in and complained in writing pretty much every time just to get the free vouchures. I really hope that no one on here employs those tactics, as although its all very well and good getting vouchures, what actually happens when HO send them out is that at the same time the store gets investigated, along with all of the people who was working on that day, not so nice at all especially if you have all done your job well and freeloaders have exploited the fact that Whitbread are very easy going with customers!
