*BT Credit Card Rewards are awarded as a discount on your applicable BT telephone bill at the rate of 1p for each £2 (but not part of) spent on the relevant BT Credit Card up to £250 spent on retail purchases per month or part of a month, and at the rate of 1p for each £1 (but not part of) spent on retail purchases over £250 in any one month. In any twelve month period, the maximum BT Credit Card Reward that can be earned using a BT Credit Card account is £75.
    Reward terms and conditions (popup)
    Main points are

Upto £75 of benefit is available (each year) as a credit against your BT phone bill.
You have to be with BT to benefit from this of course

0% on purchases for 3 months or 0% balance transfer for 12 months with a 3% handling fee. You can't therefore spend on the card AND also take advatnage of the balance transfer.

Rate of reward is under 1% - i.e. you need to spend at least £7625 per annum to get £75 off your BT bills.

Although the rewards are repeatable next year and thereafter what's to stop them fiddling with this scheme to reduce its value (eg cut the effect rate to 0.5% on all purchases?) later. It is better not to think of this as ongoing and maybe only use it for the balance transfer in the first year and (maybe) try to take advantage of the cashback in the following year ?
