  • Evans Halshaw Bedford - unethical dealership, unsympathetic to wasting potential customers time, effort or money. Mr Oliver Weelan (dealer principle) will only be sailing a sinking ship if his attitude to potential customers continues.
    Booked a viewing and test drive and confirmed for 4 days prior that the appointment and car will be ready for my mother. travelled 60 miles only to recieve a call when pulling into the dealership that when preping the car for my mother who's intent to purchase was a done deal they had gone and sold it to someone who'd not booked an appointment had not seen the car prior but who infact took priorty to all that were purchasing it that day.

    No apologies from the dealer principle other than its the way it is and it would happen anywhere else. WRONG! both my ex-partner and myself worked in the industry for over 37 years altogether with dealerships being owned and mystery shopping accounts that i managed for a number of years and have never been met with a bunch of cowboys and shambles.

    Have emailed Paul Willcox MD of Nissan guess what no reply. Thank goodness for one thing my mother did not buy from there!
