I tried to get money from an RBS ATM - didn't get the money but it was taken from my account. Who's responsible for paying it back and how long should this take. Has anyone else had a simlar problem? I'm being fobbed off by my bank and ignored by RBS!!!!

Your own bank should complete an ATM dispute form and they then liase with RBS to gte details of the transaction and for RBS to check the ATM receipts tally.
I think this can be a lengthy process and take between 10 - 30 days0
