Nah I have you know I certainly don't look like my avatar!!! Thinking back, I am sure that I kept on repeating myself and I am sure that I said 'really nice' and 'and everything' about a billion times! Lets hope they can edit out all the mistakes!

Yep it is all paid for! Really looking forward to it! Gonna be sooooo crazy! Sure they said Wednesday but will update everyone next week when I know for sure! Just a shame that my dad will know the extent of my debt. He knows I am in debt but not by how much. I am thinking about telling him when I see him tomorrow, but I dunno? At least if I do tell him, it won't come as such a surprise...

Thanks beanielou! A lot of my debt came after a failed relationship whereas the ex went bankrupt and I was chased for the money, now I am in the state whereas the interest payments are so huge it's far to much to sort out on my own. I am a single mum so only have my income to pay for it all which makes it harder. I went and saw my dad today and told him how much debt I was in. He thought it was only a few grand and didn't know about the bank loan either. He took it rather well considering, think he was shocked more than anything else but I thought better to tell him before the show as wouldn't be too nice to find out whilst watching it. Feel better now he knows!

The very best of luck. Try not to be too nervous and enjoy the experience. How many of us get the chance to be on telly? You'll be fine and the support will be immense. Have you chanced your arm for a wardrobe budget and a bowl of green M&Ms yet? :rotfl: . If it's good enough for Diana Ross it's good enough for donner_kebab

Apparently the camera adds 8lb. If you think you look a bit puffy just tell everyone you had 5 cameras on you, that should do the trick.

Thanks Fletch3163! 8lb? :eek: oh dear! Blimin hope not! I really hope it does go ok, had someone yesterday harping on about how they reckon that 95% of the population have debt but they don't all go on telly and go on about it! Charming! Just hope that isn't the response I keep getting! At least I want to do something about it...stupid person! God knows what I am gonna wear? I have put on a bit of weight recently and can't actually fit into anything bar one pair jeans and one pair of combats! Seriously need to sort out the weight...and the debt...and everything else - life in general!

You won't get negative attention, I'm sure you won't. Some people are so jealous though. Imagine if THEY were given the chance to do what you're doing, they'd be singing a different tune then.

Thanks for all the words of encouragement guys! :T Seems mental how some people are so quick to judge ain't they? Like you say, if they were given the chance it would all be different! Well peeps like us are winners and they are just a bunch of losers! We want a better life and they are just content with burying their heads in the sand. 2008 is gonna be my year...I just know it! :j

No you won't! ..Don't let the media types make you feel awkward...bright young things rushing around with clipboards...you just be yourself. Don't worry! Martin doesn't make his living from shows that set out to humiliate people.........his shows are for helping people and he treats people with respect...not as telly entertainment.

Just one tip on clothes (it's my job;) ) keep it REALLY simple.

No big earrings, loud prints, hair add-ons etc.

They will probably do your make up.

Do you own or can borrow a really simple shift dress?
Choose something without too much cling. Long shift over the jeans?
