5 star service from iteddy i emailed them on sunday as my daughters teddy had developed a hole within the week of us getting him but my daughter was really upset when i said we have to take him back as she has all her pics etc on him ,so i couldnt take him back to store ,i recieved a email back monday sayin will send out a new one which recieved today many thanks i teddy for making a happy little girl now with 2 teddys to love :T :T

    You were lucky then, I have had three separate problems lately and first two emails sent had no replies, third did, was offered a refund, asked to send the worldpay confirmation email to them to allow them to refund, then after no refund I emailed again, they told me to re download the files.

    All I want is my money back now, wish I had never seen an iteddy!
