Bra washing help please

I have had to start wearing lightly padded bras because of sticking out nipples . .:o I just cant seem to get a bra washed without the padding puckering. Today I just lightly soaked them in warm water in the sink allowing them to drip dry with no wringing. Even though they are good quality M&S all but 2 in 8 have got dents…

I'm an M&S bra fitter and all my bras are from there. There padded, and I just chuck them in with the wash and I've never had a problem with them.
