    a mini suggestion. With things like pigsback and quidco, would it be worth putting in a link to the thread on freebies, or the quidco thread. There is a heap of info on those which explains it all better than I could

    Always wondered if that was what it meant.

    There are quite a few good template letters on this site for different things. Could you include these in a small section and just link (or have others suggest them) the text to the relevent posts?
