The cable coming in doesn't have a normal connector on it, there's a small silver bit but then just a bit of bare copper wire - is this correct/normal or should it have a normal aerial end bit on it?
Many, many thanks.
The cable end needs an " F " connector fitting to it, available for pennies at B&Q etc.
This is not the same as a normal aerial connector, it screws on to the Sky Box connector.0 -
You can find the details of Freesat here
Basically it is a subscription free satellite service form the BBC and ITV, similar to Freeview in principle. The plan is they will aslo carry HD content. The onyl date for it so far is Spring 08 so it shouldn't be too far away. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
