I Hate Natwest!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI
I think you have been given some great advice, withdraw all the money you have avaliable to you and pay it into another account and pay the mortgage with that, make sure you pay the mortgage, utilities and council tax this month and everything else will have to wait.
I had a reasonably large O/D with Natwest, about £3k they withdrew the facility on me and closed the account which scared the hell out of me. They let me have that months wages, and then I was able to agree a payment figure to cover it. They were very reasonable at that stage.
I would effectivly stop using that account and come to an agreement with the od and loan and if you haven't got it you can't pay it. You can do a DMP on your own.
You do need to get your hubby on board I can understand his pride but reality will hit if you miss this months mortgage because reposession will be a hell of a lot worse.

My basic account is with co-op, i have transferred all money into today, cancelled all direct debits and standing orders with natwest. I've rang all my creditors and told them natwest is messing me around so change the d.d details to co-op, this will buy me some time as most of them have asked me to pay this month by card later on in the month as the new dd wont be ready to go through yet.
~ big sigh of relief ~
i can now juggle money this month until i get paid in feb. phew!!!
thank you so much to everyone for your help and advice.

Pay the mortgage first then worry about natwest , open an account with another bank , then you are in control of where the money goes , you could open a flexaccount with nationwide , no credit checks involved0
