Train Refunds site
http://www.trainrefunds.co.uk/
Did you know...
Many train operators offer compensation if your trains are delayed?
The London Underground offers a full refund for your journey if you're delayed by 15 minutes or more?
What we do
TrainRefunds.co.uk is a completely free service for commuters who are tired of poor performance and late running trains.
Our aim is to bring commuters together to make sure that you get the refunds that you are entitled to.
Operator policies
Most of the train operators offer at least a partial refund in cash or rail vouchers if your trains run late. The refunds normally start after a delay of an hour or more but the emphasis is always on the commuter to remember the scheduled arrival time and the actual arrival time so that they can fill in the claim forms.
Click here to see information about your operator(s).
Our service
Our service lets users enter details of delays that can be claimed for. Every user has access to that information (every delay entered on every route) to make sure that everyone gets to claim.
We provide...
Details of the train operating companies including their addresses, contact numbers and refund policies so that you know what you are entitled to.
Access to be able to enter delays and see the delays that other users have registered.
An email at the end of each week listing all delays on your route so you can make sure that you get to claim. You can stop the weekly email if you wish.
Pass It On
The service only works if we have a good base of users who are prepared to spend a couple of minutes entering a delay for their route. The more people that know about us the more information we can gather and redistribute so please tell your friends and colleagues about us. Register now to receive your referral link.
What does it cost?
Nothing at all.
What are you waiting for?
It costs nothing and you could claim some money back for poor performace. What have you got to lose?

Thanks for posting. Looks like a useful site.
I've moved the post over to the Public Transport sub-board. Hopefully, this will benefit some commuters on here.0
