Beko SG562 Gas Cooker

My dad bought me a gas cooker for xmas.:j Unfortunately it only provides one shelf to cook things in the oven (weird eh).:rolleyes: anyway I contacted beko and looked at their website and the above model shows two shelves. I asked them for an extra shelf - and they refused point blank. Now have to pay £8.06 for a silly wire shelf. Maybe I am being tight but I believed all cookers had two shelves supplied.

just go back to the shop or get your dad to get the shelf from the shop that he got it from
yes oven do come with 2 shelves0 -
I noticed this new trend while browsing for a new cooker at Argos. Quite a few brands of oven now come with one shelf.
There seems to be a £100 difference between one and two shelf models.I would just buy a new shelf for £80
