Boots 75% off sale on-line and In-store!

Hi, not everything in the 75% off sale is with the sale items in store, in my local small high street shop I noticed some toys at the opposite end of the shop and having seen one of them on line I asked for a price check. Was told it wasn't in the sale and only after persisting and asking three times did the SA check the price, which was 75% off. Called in again a few days later and they were still not with the sale items so bought another one. Now the question is if I go back Monday and buy another one will it go through at 90%?

And yes i would try again if they have stock left for the 90% off!!

Southampton town centre store still has loads of Ted Baker gifts, some lavender bath salts and talc and a few random toys all 75%. Hope that's useful to someone. Also they put through my No 7 3 for 2 and took the highlighter voucher off so I got a lip pencil, cleanser and highlighter powder for £7!

Hi, it was the Boots skittle set. I had a quick look earlier through the thread and was suprised there wasn't a list of such items. In another Boots I went to they had an whole isle full of toys 'not in the sale' yet at least two of the toys I'd seen in a larger Boots on the 75% off shelf - The Little Pony lego set and a car that ran using a pump. I did price check another of the toys but that came up full price. Do all tills in all Boots have the same discounts set? I also picked up a lovely pair of piglet baby slippers for 75% off and again they were with the baby items and not with the sale items. I noticed they had the green gift sticker on so guessed they had been in the 3 for 2s before Xmas. By the way don't ask an assistant to price check go to a till. I picked up three toys and a very rude Manageress I asked said they were definately not in the sale and someone must've dumped them on the shelf, when I pointed out the shop assistant who was filling up the shelf she told her to stop, I persisted in my price check and low and behold three 75% off toys!! (Lunar Jim, ELC fire engine and Noddy lap top). Don't believe anything until you've checked at a till!

Sent an e-mail to boots today saying how disappointed I was when the items which were in my basket had disappeared. They've just replied saying that they will put 1000 points onto my card for my trouble. YAY!!

Does anyone know for sure when the 90% starts? I thought I had read Tuesday but have just been glancing at this again(!) and saw someone mentioned Monday?? Thanks so much for all the ideas - I could barely walk after last Tuesday carrying five filled bags to the car - and then came back for more!

They seem to quite often do that - they did it last year with a red silk jewel box filled with toffees... It was sale stock, then all of a sudden it wasn't and back up to full price on the Vel Day stand!

they were £18 at my local, purple ones,
