Bluewater had shed loads of stuff today (well they did before I got there)!!
They were bringing boxes out most of the day, so there was lots there. Me and my mate got so into it, we followed one sales assistant round who had a trolley full of boxes only to discover they were full of carrier bags!!

Does any one know how boots deal with items that are sold out?
I have placed a order using the £10 off £50 spend, but think some of the items will be sold out. I still had a postman pat rideon still in my basket when i logged in, added another one. No warning about no stock. Also got 4 photo album which were bogof, but it states on the page that they are now longer availble on the site or via telephone only in store and a delivery is November???? But it still allowed me to stick in my basket. I dont really mind weather or not if i get them as they were 2008xmas presents. But worried now if something is out of stock i wont quilify for the £10 or free delivery.
I hav a feelin my 2 postman pat ride on and my 4 photo album r gona be sold out.

grrr... tryed to do a online shop.. ( im desperatly ) runnuing out of aarons naoppies..
but when i registered, it sayss my card ( boots one), is already registered, but the phone lines are closded now.. is there ANYWAY, onl,oine i can find out which email addy i originally signed it up with????????/

Plus, how long does it take for them to deliver?.

Went into Boots Ipswich this am, only crackers left upstairs and a couple of Lazy Town sets and Vtech games - that was it for toys. Spoke to SA who advised more downstairs as had had a delivery but no toys in it. Loads of Men's Ted Bakers Sets, some various Royal Jelly sets and bags, sweet xmas gifts etc. Another SA brought a trolley out with Ladies FCUK sets, Radox bags and Make-up sets and couldn't even get them on the shelves as people were taking them quicker than she could transfer them over. Overheard another SA saying 'is there much more left' and lady replied with 7 pallets - all similar stuff. This was at 11 am so not sure what will be left now if that first trolley was anything to go by!

I placed an order on line on the 10th and got an on Wednesday to say that part of my order had been despatched one item. When I went onto my account they had cancelled the other item which was the one thing I really wanted. I rang them up and they apologised they had not allowed enough stock. The kind lady refunded my postage. Really wanted the ELC wooden Dino world playset for my son. If anybody managed to get a couple and don't want one could you PM me and I would be happy to pay cost and postage.

Any one been to any of the stores in
Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering areas
and can let us knowif its worth a trip over.

Or know of any stores with empty shelves so its not a wasted trip.

Wellingborough was dead after day one of the sale - all empty shelves - staff was taking the good items behind the tills, and why not, if I worked there I'd do the same !!

i also went into the wellingborough store and as the above post states there was only 1 isle of stuff left, and much of it was rubbish.

I've had this problem recently as well, even though the card was registered to the address I was using. But after updating my account information I found that by deleting then re-typing in the Advantage Card number, it somehow sorted itself out and all is okay now. This probably only works if you've not used another email address to sign up with though.
