Hi all!

I have had it with Somerfield. After getting no joy from complaining to my local branch manager over the past 5 years of bad and rude service, tonight was the final straw. Does anyone know the email address for any of the directors...preferably John Cleland, head of retail?
I'd be happy to post the results of my interactions with him for future reference!!!
