I have just booked online at the website. Providing you have your reference number from the booklet sent to you as a privelidged user and your correct email address:

I have now booked. The website was a bit slow and pages needed refreshing at points but you will definately be able to book with these codes providing you have the reference number.

Hi,

I would be interested going on a Sun Holiday, there are only me, df and 9 month old son, I think there needs to be four though, is that correct?? Could I pay for four even only 3 of us???

In PP it says something about a reference code, where can I get one from?

I have no experience in this can anyone explain what I need to do??

We go on sun holidays every year and there is only 2 of us....and the dog - yes you still have to pay for 4

You can only book online if you have a priority booking form with your reference code on it - otherwise you can save the tokens and fill in form from the paper

been trying to pay for mine for the last 1/2 hour, called them up apparently their server is down - hope they fix it soon, i managed to get my 1st choice date & park!! (Rockley Park, 18th April)

Be careful if the site crashes whilst confirming payment, this happenend to me, I had to go back to the beginning and do it all again and then I ended up buying the same holiday twice. I assumed that you could only book once with each priority booking number, but apparently not !!

Anyway I have rung them and they have refunded one.

You can only get the reference numbers if you have done one of these holidays before. They send them directly to you, so you can get first dibs and book online. It's a loyalty scheme I suppose.
If you don't have this, there is no option but to either buy 'The Sun', collect the tokens and send them off in the post and probably not get the holiday of your choice or to put out a big beg to anyone not intending to take their holiday this time. I think people sometimes auction these on Ebay. If you are prepared to pay for the use of the code, that may also be an option....Good Luck!
