the number you require is 02077824000,this is the customer services for offers and promos,i have tried it and they don't open until 10.00am,seems we are all having the same probs,my guess is that they have miss-printed the info and the web site don't open until 2morra

Have tried to book myself this morning using the words SAND KEEP LOCK CASH DATE and MEET but the system keeps saying that i can't use more than 1 bonus word?? Is there an alternative word i should be using?

Try logging out, reboot your computer, you may even want to delete your cookies (let me know if you dont know what they are) they try again
