Forwarding a website address in IE7

Is it possible to forward a user within IE7 to automatically go to (eg) google.com whenever they try to go (eg) here.com?
As opposed to actually blocking the domain using the content advisor thingy.

Yes. You need to modify the HOSTS file in \windows\system32\drivers\etc but the downside is that this will apply to everyone who uses the computer.
In the HOSTS file, add an entry:
66.249.91.99 siteyouwantoblock.com
(66.249.91.99 is IP address of google.com and you can replace with the IP address of any site you want or 127.0.0.1 to return a blank page.)0 -
