Ryanair Advance Passenger Info.

Hi guys!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated....
I have flew with Ryanair several times to Spain but not since the introduction of the advance passenger information policy last year.
I have recently booked a flight as I always do with only my firstname then my surname and given my passport details etc. as part of the API scheme.
My question is this: As my passport also contains my middle name will the API scheme flag this up minor discrepancy as a problem to the Spanish authorities?
Should I raise this question with Ryanair?
