MFI not refunding returned goods.

Hi there

I've recently purchased a new kitchen from MFI - one cupboard wasn't required so arranged for these to be returned and my credit card was to be refunded. However a month has passed with no refund and my calls are not being returned.

Where do i stand on getting this money back? Is my credit card company able to do anything, or any methods of putting some pressure on MFI?

did you go in store or was it off the net

if in store then go and see them in person

It also depends on the contract

If you ordered too much, there is no requirement for them to take it back

If they supplied too much contrary to the contract they have to return it
