My Laguna Sports Tourer is poorly, please help!!

I have a Renault laguna sports tourer and it keeps juttering and losing power especially when going over bumps or up hills!! has anyone any idea as I have heard horror stories of people taking the cars to Renault and them charging them the earth for an easy fix???????

is this the model with the turbo? if so check to see if all the pipes are connected properly and there are no leaks.

Yes it is a turbo dielsel version. Thanks will start with that!! hope that is all it is
