Star Struck Hornsea - Gone With My Money!!!

Can anyone help?? I orderED something from the website and it's now over 3 months ago and can't get in touch with them. phone is now cut off. it did originally say that they were moving so i gave them a little grace on times scales etc.. as we were not desperate for item but now can't get in touch at all, they occasionally reply to emails with vague promises of cheques but need to know where i go from here. Anyone help me?? PLEASE!

They were a brilliant shop but Hornsea Freeport has gone down hill. Starstruck and a lot of other shops left the Freeport. Starstruck moved to Scarborough and opened a shop in Whitby as well. I went to the Scarborough shop and the owners told me they were retiring and selling to a big company. I don't know anymore, but it is a brilliant shop. I am surprised to hear of your problems because I bought from the shop and web site and had no problems. Hope that helps.

I telephoned their Whitby shop yesterday. They told me they were only in Scarborough for Christmas period and the owners from Hornsea have retired now. There are new owners that bought them out. I asked them about this thread and was told credit card payments are refunded by credit card so jollyolly check you credit card statement and ring them in Whitby if you have a problem. I'm going to Whitby next week so I will call in the new shop they have there.

We used to go to Hornsea Freeport but its rubbish now. Starstruck was the best shop there but theres hardly any shops there now and not many people go there anymore. They call it the ghost town where I live.
