i think in would agree that it would have to be an original kenwood part.
£50-60 + VAT, you may want to consider buying a newer one if its not fairy new!
your going to need an engineer to fix it aswell, unless you know how to, and that will cost you!0 -

The exact same thing happened to my Mask around Christmas. I got charged £55. This was through a garage who is a mate so no doubt its around cost price.0

Well if that's the going rate, I'll pay it. The unit is worth £500 so it's definitely worth getting it fixed. Guy in the garage doesn't charge for fixing it.
