Major chamnge to blueyonder external IP address

I've had a constant IP address of 82.33.https://www.xxx from blueyonder -> Virgin Media for more than a year (possibly up to three).
This morning, finding myself unable to access anything electronically outside my house, I powered off and on both my cable modem and hardware firewall, whereupon I found my external IP address had changed to 92.233.yyy.zzz !
It's no great concern, but I wonder whether anyone other cable-connected person has had a similar experience, especially with such a major IP address change?

I would not worry about it, you still have a class A address!0

I suspect you meant a class B address range - but as you well know I was obfuscating the actual single IP addresses...!
