hi bought daughter a medion laptop in october for christmas so it was only switched on christmas day thats wen the problen started the laptop can be on for about half an hour then the screen just shows pixelated green blocks and reboots itself this happens periodicaly also the product key under the laptop seems to be melting phoned medion and they took it away for repair.the laptop came back tday and the report shows no fault was found if this problem still occurs what are my options

now youve accepted a repair your options are now limited.
think they are now allowed 2 more goes to repair it, then a replacement can be demanded.
never accept a repair. esp on a new/ish item. always demand a refund or an exchange for a new one.Get some gorm.0
