small talk coomunications

In Dec 04 I purchased a Motorola V600 on an Orange contract from Small Talk Communications. This came with a £100 cash back offer redeemable after 6 months. My voucher and supporting paperwork was sent by recorded delivery but was refused by the company.

I have since tried to telephone (answering machine), fax (ordinary telephone line - no fax connection), emailed (no response), used the live message facility(no response).

BUT their website is still accepting sales! https://www.smalltalk.co.uk

I have telephoned Orange who have confirmed that Small Talk Communications are still a 'live' dealership. They know nothing about the cash back offer and have said this is nothing to do with them? They are completing an incident response form which gets sent to the dealer but that all they say they can do.

It seems that this company are deliberately refusing to accept mail or contact in any way in order to renege on their offers.

I wonder how many other people are being conned by this company? Have I lost my £100?
