Used voucher in slug and lettuce last night, no major probs, but it had to be two mains and not one main one sandwich (Bit petty) Was allowed to keep the voucher to use again but advised can only use it onc in an evening but hey we had eaten our tea! Made friends with the next couple to arrive, by giving them the voucher to use. Appeared though that the staff had varying knowledge of the terms of use of the voucher. However, meal for two with drinks, less than £5 each!:beer:0

You all missed my £90 of vouchers for Chez Gerard, Bertorelli and LiveBait voucher link I posted earlier this week!
To summarise: £90 worth of vouchers for the next 3 months, 2 x £15 for Jan, 2 x £15 for Feb and 2 x £15 for March.
To access and print the vouchers, the link is: http://www.santeonline.co.uk/janevoucher/januaryvoucher.html
(I posted this on the following thread on 7th Jan: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=668635 )
I have been to Bertorelli's and chez gerards recently ( in the course of my employment) and have to say that both of them imo are totally overpriced and the food in Bertorellis was foul. Before you splash out ( even with vouchers) check out some of the online reviews of the restaurants- just google them. In chez gerard all your veg is individually priced which adds on loads and in Bertorellis they charge you for the bread and olives on the table- how tacky. It was the one in Fetter Lane I went to and I can't tell you how poor the food was.
Anyway I think Caffe Unno is better than Bertorellis and Cafe rouge similar to Chez Gerard.0 -
I completely agree mcallister1, Chez G used to be a good chain, but now if you order a steak, that's what you get + fries, 5 years ago, you got a plate load of food, salad, mushrooms, toms. Now you have to order everything separately! And when a fillet is around £20, it really adds up.0

I would not bother with the Yo! Sushi vouchers. It has been a long time since my wife had visited the Poland Street branch and we thought that as we were up in town for the day we would give a try especially as we had the vouchers. Okay there are T&Cs with all these promotions and I accept that but the penny dropped half way through our meal and we were told that the conveyor belt food selection was cut back for the promotion period. On top of this was the fact that food was going around the belt in circles for ages and some hot food just warm and dried up and congealed by the time you had taken it. Our opinion was that good job we had the voucher because if we had spent nearly £40 on that meal we would have been very upset. Will not going back there again, sorry Simon. Yea okay I know you don't own it anymore but it was your baby.0
