My thread dated 6th June this year was as follows:£5 Off a £10+ Spend on Food at La Tasca
You Moneysavers may like to try this one.

£5 off your total food bill when you spend £10 or more at any La Tasca restaurant in the UK.
Please note the terms and conditions before use.
Hasta La Vista! Enjoy ............
Hope this is some use to you.0 -
Hi - is anyone able to clarify the T&Cs for La Tasca please? It says 1 voucher per person which suggests to me that you each get £5 off as long as you are each spending £10, but then it says £5 off total food bill which also makes me think that they would only let you have £5 off for the table.0

The Terms and Conditions for the voucher I have posted a link to state:
"Terms and conditions: £5 off your total food bill when you spend more than £10 on food. Offer limited to tables of eight and under. Reservations must be made before dining, when you will be advised of availability. Offer limited to one voucher per person, per day, on production of this voucher. Voucher has no cash alternative, is not transferable or assignable and cannot be resold. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Subject to availaibility. Manager has the right to refuse custom."
So, as there is no end date attached, and no number or assigned name on the voucher, I take it that each person dining could take one of these vouchers and use it to pay their own bill, so long as they spend the minimum £10 on food. It would appear that this voucher is open to all. After all, you could be dining with friends and all wish to pay your own way.
One voucher, per person, per day, not one voucher per table, or one voucher if two or more are dining.
The problem here is that you never know how the management of any particular La Tasca is going to interpret the wording ...
Not sure of any T&C's for any other vouchers which may be available at the present time.0 -
Thanks Loobylou. That is what I thought too, but I could just imagine the waiter saying something like you can't pay seperately, it is the total for you all blah blah blah (all stuff that we have heard people say on here in connection with vouchers). I've sent them an email.0

Well you cannot go against what the T&C's state. Even its in OUR benefit or THEIRS.
If it says one per transaction, then its just that but your legally entitled to receive change for what you bought, walk out and then straight back in.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"0 -
with regards to the La Tasca offer... i am slightly confused as to the amount you need to spend due to the fact at the top of the voucher it says 'spend £10 or more' yet in the T&Cs on the bottom of the voucher it states 'More than £10 on food'.
They do an offer on certain days for eat all you can for £10 so perhaps they have put that in the T&Cs so u cant use it for that, but still, it states 2 different amounts.
Any help guys?

I have had an acknowledgement to my email and it wasn't an automated one so I assume I will get a reply. I'll let you know what they say. I would take the food business to mean that you have to spend £10 on food to qualify and then you get £5 off, so if you spent £12 in food and £2 on drinks you would Pay £9 in total ie £7 for your food and £2 for your drinks.0

Would be really interested in knowing what question you posed, and the response from La Tasca.
I also have some La Tasca (Tesco Clubcard) vouchers and I am not sure if they would allow me to use them in conjunction with the offer of £5 off when you spend £10 or more on food, but I guess the answer could well be "no". I guess the clubcard vouchers are not a special offer though, they are payment for the food.0
