what do i need to start a vending machine business?

hi i am cinsidering starting a vending machine business.

I am going to buy the machines, fill them and am looking for a training course to service them myself.

does anyone know anything i need to do,start,set up,look into before i buy the machine

i know i need public liability insurance (any good places for this?)

cheapest place i have found for stock is macro and costco with approx 100% to be made on most products.

any help or advice will be extremely helpful and grateful!

The machines arent cheap, and there is risk. Also, you will need some means of getting your stock around to the machines, so you're probably looking at a van too.

Most places that need vending machines, have vending machines plus its a saturated market.

What about a franchise? Cadburys do one - http://www.snack-in-the-box.co.uk/ - they provide the machines, the locations, the stock, for a set amount.

i am looking at a vending machine my friend owns, he is sellinh it for £350, i have a part time job as a cleaner on a business park and there are a few businesses that do not have vending machines.

I will look into the franchise suggestion though thanks!
